Here’s how I do it:

• 𝗜 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻. As co-founder and Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) at 𝗫𝗮𝗿𝗧𝗘𝗖 𝗦𝗔𝗟𝗨𝗧, I drive initiatives accelerating high-impact research and redefine the future of healthcare technology.

• 𝗜 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗴𝗲𝘀. As Head of Innovation at the 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝘁𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝗻 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 (𝗜𝗥𝗜𝗦) at 𝗨𝗣𝗖 (formerly the Research Centre for Biomedical Engineering – CREB), I foster public-private partnerships and industrial collaborations that turn ideas into reality.

• 𝗜 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗲. In academia, I guide the next generation of innovators at the 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗮’𝘀 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗘𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗰𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 and the 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗰 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗮 (𝗘𝗦𝗠𝗨𝗖), focusing on innovation, organizational culture, and the management of cultural industries.
